The restaurant business can be extremely rewarding, but is also very competitive and can be a high-stress environment. Restaurant owners, especially independents and start-ups, face myriad challenges in the modern era,


From raising capital, to lease negotiations, to ongoing employee issues, I have handled just about every legal issue a restaurant can face either from the prospective of attorney or restaurateur (or both). My job is to take care of the legal issues so that restaurant owners can focus their efforts working on the restaurant.
