Whether you are buying or selling a small business, you will need a reliable lawyer who has the experience of many deals and understands the process.
I started my career as a small business attorney in private practice and took an eight year detour to be general counsel, and then CEO of a Top 200 Food Franchise. We went from franchisee to franchisor in a period of eleven months. Then, after 24 consecutive quarters of same store sales growth, we sold the franchise to a competitor who grew the brand by merging into it.
When you are buying or selling a small business you need a guide who has been through the sale process many times and seen different opportunities and pitfalls. I love doing deals! I find win-win deals where everyone is happy to be the most rewarding thing about the practice of law. Let me use that passion for the deal making process to help you reach your goals.
