As an attorney, it takes time to get to know the ins and outs of a business. I enjoy providing comprehensive counsel and being part of a team more than I enjoy working on discrete one-off projects. That’s why I offer affordable and predictable fee outside general counsel services. 

 

Standard Billable Rate = $275/hour

 

• Platinum - $3,000 per month

  • $195/hour billable rate 

  • 16 hours per month

  • Available for recurring phone calls and meetings.

  • Top priority status. I will return calls, emails, or text messages as soon as possible, but always within 12 hours unless I am on a (rare) prescheduled vacation. 

 

• Gold - $1,500 per month 

  • $215/hour billable rate

  • 7 hours per month 

  • Available for recurring phone calls and meetings. 

  • Second priority only behind Platinum clients. I will return calls, emails, or text messages as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours unless I am on a (rare) prescheduled vacation. 

 

• Start-Up - $500 per month 

  • $250/hour billable rate 

  • 2 hours per month

  • Good for new companies who need counsel available for recurring issues. Time can be used for calls, meetings, or projects. 

  • Communication by email is preferred. All emails will receive responses within 2 business days.

 

Conditions: 

• Must commit to at least 3 consecutive months of outside general counsel services. 

• Credit card will be enrolled in autopay subscription. 

• Any unused time can be rolled over for up to three months. After that, the time expires and the firm is permitted to keep the funds. 

• This program is first come-first served and extremely limited.
